- Orders are processed as soon as they are received and usually ship out the next day, and sometimes the same day. Most US orders are delivered within a week of order processing. For International orders, please contact us here with your items, quantities and mailing address for accurate shipping charges and ordering information. International orders generally take 5-10 days but can take up to 2 weeks.
- Privacy & Security
- We respect your right to privacy. At TerminalPress.com we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. We customize certain Web page content based upon your browser type and other information provided by our cookie. If you choose to reject the cookie, you can still browse our store but will be unable to use the shopping cart to buy merchandise. The TerminalPress.com shopping cart cannot function without cookies enabled so that the necessary information to process your order is retained. If you disable cookies, TerminalPress.com will be unable to accept your online order. We will not share any personally identifiable information provided by this cookie with any third party. We will, however, link data stored in cookies to the personally identifiable information you submitted while on our site. This allows us to personalize your shopping experience and discern user preferences.
- Returns & Replacements
- You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange (if due to Terminal Press error) within 30 days of the order shipment date (the order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original condition. (Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise). Please contact us to place an exchange or return. Exchanges will require a $6 shipping/restocking fee for non-defective merchandise.
- Ordering
- All orders placed through TerminalPress.com are securely processed by PayPal. You will need a PayPal account to place an order through our site.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- TerminalPress.com charges the appropriate state and/or local sales tax for any order shipping to California, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee. Please note that the sales tax for New Jersey, New York and Tennessee orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. The tax imposed by these states on shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax.
- Become a Terminal Press Vendor
- While many of our products are Limited Editions and only available directly through us, we do carry items available for both wholesale and retail purchase. We have a very strict verification process for vendors. All vendors must complete the necessary paperwork and be approved by us before becoming a qualified vendor. Once your vendor status is approved, you will be able to order at the vendor price with minimum order terms relating to each individual item.
- Submissions
- Due to the nature of our books and projects, we do not have open submissions. From time to time, we do briefly open up the floodgates and request submissions. Keep your eye on our blog and the front page for opportunities to present your work for consideration. You can also track us down at conventions and inquire about portfolio reviews. We will not read any scripts or view unsolicited content.
